Drive with Me Program Terms and Conditions
1. Binding Agreement
Upon submission of your registration form, payment of fees, or participation in any aspect of the program, this Agreement becomes a legally binding contract between you and Williams Occupational Therapy. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms stated herein.
2. Program Participation and Duration
Participation in the program is granted upon confirmation from the Company. The initial program term is as described during registration, with ongoing access available as per the plan selected.

You are responsible for full payment of all program fees, regardless of whether a one-time or payment plan option is selected. No refunds will be provided for non-participation, early withdrawal, or dissatisfaction, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
4. No Guarantee of Driving Outcome
The Drive With Me program does not guarantee that you or your child will be deemed medically fit to drive, obtain a learner’s permit or driver’s licence, or be free from road incidents. Driving success depends on many personal factors.
5. Not a Substitute for Professional Instruction
This program does not replace one-on-one driving lessons or occupational therapy driving assessments. In-car instruction by qualified professionals remains essential.

We make no guarantees of outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding your payment.
10. No Legal, Financial or Medical Advice
Program instructors do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice. Please seek guidance from appropriately qualified professionals.

13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Australia, with disputes subject to South Australian courts.

Disclaimer
The information presented on this website, including all content and resources related to the Drive With Me program, is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace or act as a substitute for individualised advice from qualified professionals in your local area, including medical, legal, or licensing authorities.
Participation in the Drive With Me program does not guarantee that a person will obtain a driver’s licence, be deemed fit to drive, or avoid accidents or incidents on the road. Driving readiness and success are highly individual and influenced by a wide range of physical, cognitive, behavioural, and emotional factors.
Importantly, this program does not replace or remove the need for personalised 1:1 driving lessons or occupational therapy driving assessments, where applicable. Practical experience with a qualified instructor remains essential to developing safe driving skills.

It is your responsibility to consult with your local driving authorities, medical professionals, and regulatory bodies to determine eligibility and compliance. Occupational therapy regulations and driver licensing standards vary significantly between states, territories, and countries.
All content within the Drive With Me program and associated support groups is copyright protected. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing any program materials, videos, documents, or group content without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited and considered inappropriate.
By participating in the program or accessing associated materials, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of Use, including those that apply to any private support groups or community forums linked to the program. Breaches of these conditions may result in removal from the program or group without refund.
