What you'll learn

Brad talks about how parents can help their teen plan that first drive alone in a way that feels safe and achievable. You’ll learn how to build independence gradually — starting with short, familiar trips and reflecting on each one together.

He also shares strategies for helping your teen manage emotions, stay calm, and make thoughtful decisions behind the wheel. By the end of this session, you’ll know how to step back with confidence and support your teen as they grow into independent, capable drivers.
